Minimum Qualifications:

All applicants must have prior rental history on a lease or home ownership and positive payment history. We do not sign with non-occupant co-signers.
Monthly income should be three times the rent.
We run a full background and credit check on each person over the age of 18. The non-refundable application fee is $35 per adult and must be paid online. The minimum credit score is 600. No credit history is not necessarily a denial.

Pets must be over two years old, spayed or neutered, and current on vaccinations. Some breed restrictions apply. Pet rent for approved pets is $40/mo.

All animals including ESAs and Service Animals must be registered on PetScreening prior to moving forward. There is no fee for approved ESAs or Service Animals.
