Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have anything available?

Please navigate to our Current Availability page.

When will my preferred property/unit type be available?

It is very unlikely that we have any foresight on availability beyond 30 days, as that is the minimum notice tenants are required to give prior to vacating. If you are interested in any future availability, the best course of action is to note the minimum qualifications, submit an application, and e-mail us with information about what kind of place you’re looking for, budget, and date range you’re looking to move.

Am I qualified to apply?

Please note our minimum qualifications prior to submitting an application. Application fees are not refundable.

If I don’t meet the minimum qualifications, can I apply with a co-signer?

At this time we don’t sign with non-occupant co-signers. All applicants must qualify on their own.

Can I be notified when an apartment comes available?

If you want to be notified of availability, you will need to get onto the waitlist by submitting an application and paying the application fee. If approved, you will be added to our waitlist. People on the waitlist are notified first of availability and are given priority in filling vacancies.

If I am approved for the waitlist, how long will I have to wait?

This depends on many factors, but waits will generally be longer for applicants with more requirements and shorter for applicants with fewer requirements. It’s common for people to believe the leasing office knows of future availability, but that is not always the case since most residents don’t move out at the end of their lease, and since current residents give just 30 days’ notice to move out. To ballpark it, the typical applicant can usually be placed in 1-3 months, but of course there are no guarantees.

What are the leasing options?

The standard lease term is 12 months. At the management’s discretion, shorter lease terms may be negotiated at a higher rate. Fees apply to short-term leases.

Do you have a model unit I can tour?/May I see the unit prior to signing a lease?

We do not have model units for any properties at this time. We make every effort to give tours and show the property to potential renters when possible; however, our policy is not to show occupied units. We have posted a variety of photos/videos and floor plans of the units on their respective property pages that give a good idea of what any unit will look like generally. Potential renters are welcome and encouraged to drive or walk by the properties to view them in person.

No pets are allowed on any property without prior written approval from the management.
