  • We run a full background and credit check on each person over the age of 18. Be sure to please include anyone 18 and older on the application, even if they are your children.

  • The application fee is $35 per adult and can be paid online.

Our pet policies vary by property but dogs must be over two years old, spayed/neutered, and current on vaccinations. Some breed restrictions apply. All animals including ESAs and Service Animals must be registered on flatironproperty.petscreening.com prior to moving forward. There is no fee for approved ESAs or Service Animals.
